Stress is when you have more demands than resources. I like to flip this definition to say that Stability is when we have more resources (support) than demands.
These next 21 Days of Untapped Support are examples of unexplored and readily available resources. We’ll become more capable of differentiating when something we thought was a resource (say sticking to a schedule) becomes a demand. We’ll explore feeling into the moment and then making updated and resourcing decisions.
